Kind of vitamins that we should’ve consume to get a healthy skin.

  • Vitamin A

This vitamin is used to help regeneration of skin cells. If you have no sufficient of this vitamin, your skin could be dry dan scaling.

  • Vitamin B

This vitamin is used to protect the humidity of skin.

  • Vitamin C

Vitamin C is useful to reduce damage cells and make the collagen cells stronger .

  • Vitamin E

This vitamin is useful to protect skin from the radical substance and make our skin not to be wrinkled.

That?s all of vitamins that we can consume to get a healthy skin. And From now, take care you skin carefully and get your healthy skin.
